I’ve been in business for over 30 years and pride myself on customer satisfaction. ESI is in the service business just like Kleen Pools. I know how important it is to have employees that represent your company when dealing with and or servicing the clients needs. I must say your staff does an outstanding job representing your company, from the administrative people to the field technicians.
The crew you sent to fix my skimmers, led by Cesar, did an amazing job. Cesar and his crew worked in concert with each other, from saw cutting the concrete, digging the trenches, to removing a section of the paver patio, as they found the problem with the skimmers. When I returned home the second day, my pool was working well, and the grounds were restored as if was never disturbed.
Pavers were set to grade; concrete was finished with the matching pebble surface, and the mulch beds were nicely level. Not to mention they washed the pool deck and made sure the area was clean and ready for use.

First let me say that it is rare for me to leave a review for anything. Something has to be really bad or amazing for me to take the time to review anything.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Kenny’s company. I hired them to replace our pool liner and unfortunately the new liner didn’t fit and it delayed getting the pool opened. Years ago I worked in service related management. I understand issues will arise but what defines a company it not the problem but they way the respond to the issue.
Kenny went above and beyond my expectations to resolve this including offering ways to get the pool opened while I waited for a new liner.
The new liner arrived much sooner than expected at was quickly installed. The crew was fantastic and, because of my inconvenience, were willing to assist to correct some pool related issues that I was having that had absolutely nothing to do with the work that I contracted for.
This is a company that truly cares about their customers.
The timely manner in which the job was done was really appreciated, as well as the very nice staff that your company has. Everyone was very polite, friendly and nice. I would certainly highly recommend your company to anyone that is looking for any pool work or liner replacement to be done. Our pool has damaged from a tornado and we were recommended to contact Kenny’s company for repairs. We’re sure glad we did. From the very beginning, the office staff were very helpful guiding us through the quoted repairs, options available, and providing coping and liner samples. The construction crew were a team of rockstars performing all the renovation work like a symphony of artists. Professionalism through and through!
Perhaps the single most meaningful act was that of a simple one. We have a young daughter and at the end of each work day, unasked a member of the team would re-setup the pool safety fence. This mindfulness for the safety of our daughter was very much appreciated and heartfelt.
